I use the Konjac Glucomannan Root powder to make smoothies. And the fiber in this product keeps me full all mourning. But it doesn't thicken up like the Konjac Capsules. I like the Konjac Capsules better. That is why I gave this product four stars. But this is a good product.

I've ordered this previously and, just as with my current order, I have never had an issue. Price point for 2 canisters aligns with value. Quality is excellent. I use Konjac root in my daily smoothies for fiber intake. It blends perfectly, has no taste, makes them a little thicker and more shake-like, and is a great source of dietary fiber. Never had a complaint at all. Will purchase again and again.

In my own experience, this product falls significantly short of expectations. The powder's inability to dissolve properly in liquids renders it nearly unusable, as it forms unpalatable clumps that are difficult to ingest. Furthermore, attempts to seek assistance from the seller proved futile, with customer service being notably unresponsive. Given these issues, I cannot recommend this product to others

I started using it 5 days ago, as directed. I have only been putting it in my morning shake, and it is pretty much helping me stay full all day. I don't notice the thickness issue that a lot of other people have spoken about, because it is in a breakfast shake, so if anything it just makes it better! This week alone, I have lost 7 lbs, which I know is water weight, but I wouldn't have lost anything if I was eating all day. So as far as I'm concerned this stuff is a win!

I find this an extremely poor quality product. It just doesn’t gel very well in my experience.
