Mens Solid Contour Pouch Bikini Swimsuit

5'9" 220lbs. size 38 to 40 in most pants/shorts. As per the size chart, I ordered the XL As an older guy, I'm breaking all the unwritten social rules about us older, chunkier guys wearing revealing speedo type swimwear. It does take confidence knowing you are going to attract eyeballs. At my age, I don't care. I enjoy wearing this type of suit as opposed to longer, bulkier board shorts as it provides the best experience for me, both in and out of the water. It is so comfortable, you don't even feel like you are wearing a suit! Do I wish I had the body of the model in the photo? Sure. Do I wish I was taller, thinner, more hair on top and had a bigger unit? haha! Um,...yeah, but that's not going to happen. I can't control what other people think. What I can control is wearing what feels good, allows me to swim laps the easiest way possible and is super easy to care for. I swim at the local Y 3-4 times per week and I have noticed that I can swim longer, with less effort with this suit. That alone is a powerful incentive. At my age, I MUST exercise regularly, so getting the gear right helps so much. This suit has a nice liner in front, for modesty, but doesn't have a string to tighten the waist. They do slip down a bit when you first dive in, but not when pushing off the wall in flip-turns. The waist band is strong, but not death-grip tight. It is dense elastic which seems just right for the design. The material for the suit itself is stretchy, soft and not see-through. For me, the pouch is just right. I can comfortably point down, up or to the side. It covers the butt perfectly, leaving my crack covered, but just barely. This item is very well made and looks great! I really like these suits now and have bought 3 others. The maker has a fantastic line of mens suit designs in a fantastic variety of colors and patterns. I think these are fairly priced. I was paying $38 for my Speedo Endurance suits and these are about half that. Ok, these are super nice. Went on a cruise with my wife and family to the Caribbean and wear the typical board shorts. Wife thought these looked super sexy, son was a little weired out but anyway. On 2 of our excursion wore these to the beach and it was so liberating and comfortable. I mean really it was nice, I'm 5'9" 185#, athletic build and have a pretty good body, the large fit perfect. I also tried size medium and while the fit was Ok, the large was more comfortable. They appear to be of high quality with good stitching, definitely not see through. Unfortunately , not sure I am daring enough to wear to the local pool, not sure why as they look great on me but the social norm in America is not there yet. If your considering some swim attire other then the board shorts that hand to your knees , give these a try, the Turquoise and the Royal blue look great !

I'm a huge fan of men's swim briefs and of metallic-colored articles, and Majdell had yet to disappoint me on either account. I've purchased twice from them before, and the same as before, the product is worth every penny. The copper coloring is perfectly done with a lustrous finish, and the fit is snug and does not ride at all; the front pouch is lined, providing a comfortable feel. The trim style (the "braiding," if you will) actually helps to distinguish the briefs from other designers' works, giving it a signature look that prevents it from appearing to be just another cut-from-cloth swimsuit. One could even say it attains a sense of class. If you like metallics, briefs/bikinis, or just top-quality products, I strongly recommend Majdell's line. Disappointment will not be an issue.

I don't care much for the elastic waistband that looks a lot like what you may find on a pair of gym shorts. That said it's a nice sexy swimsuit, fits snug and the 92% / 8% spandex material fit's like a second skin. If you like that type of waistband it's a great swimsuit, the tighter the fit of the waistband the better it looks (the more the waistband is stretched the smoother the appearance). I'm 5'9" about 160 Lbs. and the medium fits me well but I imagine if I squeezed into a small it might look sexier.

Overall I like this suit, it has a good fit and is comfortable to wear, and seems to be of decent materials and construction, however they seem to be somewhat small for the size and this appears to vary among other colors of this same suit. The suit is ideal for swimming and sunning in warm, tropical areas. It does enhance a well-toned body but that shouldn't limit its use for others in less fit condition. I would still recommend it for most any man in warm climates.

I love these blue trunks my fav of all that I own they are stringless . My waist size in Levi and Wrangler jeans is 36. I ordered XL . Im kind of athletic built 65 years old and in good shape I weigh 205 lbs and 6 ft tall These fit perfect and very sexy. large would have been to small Also ordered the black contour ones in XL. They have a string and fit alot tighter but I like them also but not as much as these blue ones . I wear them under my reg trunks and use them when I want to soak some rays and tan.

Worked great for a gold pool party.
