Solid vice
3" model: For positioning pieces at an angle, this is great. I use it on a drill press to precisely set the angle of holes. This is very sturdy and can be set at any angle you choose.

But other than that its a good vice. The manufacturers milling is a bit sloppy ...
A little expensive for how it came. I had to use some lapping compound to smooth it out. But other than that its a good vice. The manufacturers milling is a bit sloppy and it is not up to American made standards, but then again the price does not reflect that either. The degree chart on the side is easy to read, however the groove "indicator" was barely there. However a small triangle file fixed that with a couple light passes.
