inexpensive and works
I recently purchased a sound bar that was lacking on input ports. It did have a 3.5mm audio input. Rather than try to buy adapters, converters and the works to get all my devices to link to it I tried this. My two main devices, a tv and xbox, only had RCA outs (the white and red audio cables for those that may not know). I already had RCA to 3.5mm male adapters, which are about the same price on Amazon. I simply connected the devices to those, and then used this to connect both to one sound bar input. No sound quality loss and it saves me the trouble of switching the input every time I want to play video games. I also carried one on to a plane this weekend. Let my buddy next to me listen to a movie on my iPad by connecting his headphones to one of the female sides. Be aware these are inexpensive so your not getting the best made product available. I'm sure if I bend them or abuse them enough they'll fail. But for under $3 I don't mind ordering them again. They work fine.

Simple, but perfect.
This little thing did it's job perfectly, was in a 12 passenger van for over 13 hours and there were movies and stuff playing but me and a friend wanted to listen to music on the drive so I got this. It does exactly what it should, it splits the audio from a 3.5mm jack into 2 separate 3.5mm jacks. The nice thing about this one compared to others is that this splitter doesn't send just the left pan to one pair of earbuds and just the right pan to the other, it sends the full audio spectrum to both pairs of earbuds which is exactly what you want! I'd recommend this any day.

No Need to Spend More
This is a quality cable, with a lifetime warranty. There is no need to spend more, unless you want a more-polished appearance (e.g., shiny aluminum instead of plastic ). Most of the negative reviews are from people who bought the wrong kind of cable. If you are trying to split a jack that has both speaker and microphone capabilities, you need a 4-Pole (TRRS) splitter. I am using one of these, along with a 3.5mm extension cable , to add a second pair of speakers to my computer (as part of a separate, standing-desk setup). It works perfectly for this.

This is probably best used in a fixed environment where you don't need ...
This 3.5mm stereo splitter works correctly once you discover that you need to use rather enormous force to fully insert a plug into either socket. Just when you think the thing is ready to break the plug will snap in and remain snug. This is probably best used in a fixed environment where you don't need to remove the plug(s) very often. I'm using mine to branch several Infrared extender-transmitters to different equipment stacks where there is no line-of-sight between stacks. All are then controlled from a distant location over an HDMI extender using CAT-6 cable. Works perfectly!

good cable
not much to say about it but it’s a 3.5mm splitter.it works the way it should.no sound or frequency loss at all.

exactly what I wanted - works great
Exactly what I needed - I have Bose noise cancelling headphones and wanted to listen to a shared source with my fiancee on the plane. I had a typical Y splitter before but it was bulky and thus I didn't bring it on the last trip and then it turns out we totally needed it! This splits the audio and I tested on my computer that it preserves stereo in both headphones. Some people reviewing here either got the wrong part or assumed it wasn't stereo but mine certainly is. The box part is shorter than a AAA battery (less than 1.5 inches) and the whole item with the cord is under 6 inches. EXACTLY what I wanted!

Served its Purpose
Didn't get to crazy with researching splitters. Read the reviews for this and decided to go with it. Me and my wife were able to watch a movie together on our flight. It was awesome to be able to do that! I will note that this cable was longer than it needed to be. It added some hassle and unnecessary weight when having to fiddle around plugging everything in. Plus it was a bit stiff. The sound quality wasn't great, but it was good enough. I found myself having to tweak the volume levels a bit. Overall, i would like to see a shorter, less bulky version but would recommend this.

Gets the Job Done
I needed this for my television so that I could connect my sound bar through the TV, as well as my bluetooth transmitter (for when I use my wireless headphones when I need to keep things quiet because the kids are asleep or studying). It works like a charm, and saves me the hassle (and wear and tear) of having to connect and disconnect the wire every time I switched from sound bar to headphones. A very handy little device.

Sdoppia gli ingressi Jack 3.5 e la costruzione sembra più solida dei prodotti della concorrenza. Consigliato.
