This microscope is perfection! We originally bought a student series amscope and it was junk. This machine, however, is durable, well made, easy to use and works wonderfully! The screen slightly distorts the image but you can look for yourself to see it more clearly. With a large family and everyone wants to share in the viewing of different items this screen is impressive and now I don’t think I’ll ever get another microscope without it! We are using this for homeschooling specifically High school Biology and up and it’s been wonderful! I love that it came with a case too!

Excellent magnification range (40X–5000X) with very clear image quality. The trinocular design with camera works great, and the included software is easy to use. Solid mechanical stage, smooth controls, and helpful experiment kit make it perfect for students and hobbyists. Very satisfied with the quality and features.

I am a soil microbiology consultant and this microscope has been really useful for showing small groups of people the characteristics of their soil while still in their own farms. The possibility of observing through the screen, has made a huge difference, plus, everything can be carried in one very convenient case. One of my 10X lens came with a scratch, which I'm hoping to get replaced.

First everything is what I expected. Second my value in dark field live blood microscope is unique and exactly what I wanted in a microscope. This microscope and carry case speaks quality. Glad I made the purchase will update later as I get comfortable with live blood analysis.

I would not go anywhere near calling this a research grade tool. It is light and flimsy, the screen provided is made from plastic that feels around the thickness of just over a soda bottle. The scope itself is too light to use as it will move around as you adjust the focus and stage. The case it comes in is also very very light duty. It all feels like it’s a prop, something that looks ok from a distance but up close is clearly very poorly made. The head turns in a very rickety way and the light is not very bright. I couldn’t even get the screen to turn on and the cords coming off of it are cumbersome at best. Steer clear of this item it is really not good. I’ve started the return process and hopefully I will get a full refund as it is a very disappointing item.

Works very well. High quality. Easy to focus. Very wide range of magnification. Great deal for a microscope of this quality. Camera works well and comes with a nice compliment of accessories and instructional cards.
