Compound is good for making Mousse , Not melt properly
I like the taste and Flavour , it is very good for making mousse or chocolate cake . but I was trying to make different kind of chocolate shapes but it did not work well . It did not melt smooth , rather some fine particle is still there , Hence surface finish was coming rough .Other wise it is okay use in cake pre mix or whipping cream or even making ganache but not good for making chocolates.
