Good quality item, and with a clever foam material that is soft on initial compression but firms up more and more the greater pressure that is put on it - this makes it really versatile for a range of uses. I bought the extra large size and I think its worth the extra money for the extra surface area that you get. Its very light given how much firmness it can provide, and doesn't take up much room. The quality is very high and it seems to be very well constructed.

Not big enough to lie your whole back on the floor which is a shame because if there were the same product a bit longer for that purpose I would have loved, however I am buying another one to join them together as the the material is so soft at the same time hard enough, I am also using for meditation and the texture is really good, for the exercises where you don't want your elbow and hands on the floor is absolute perfect and holds well over carpet too, which is a plus...I recommend this product.

The large pad is very comfortable and versatile.. Just the right about of give and smartly made. Poor delivery by Evri. Came day early than advised. Left outside in the rain at the wrong house
