Liquid Dip Wraps Dissolver Peelable Paint Remover 32oz Spray Bottle Removes Dip from Car Wheels Exterior Painted Surfaces

Used a half bottle on two wheels and the coating barely moved even with a pressure washer. Wasted money as I wound up cleaning the wheels by hand with lacquer thinner. Which worked GREAT by the way.

I used this product to remove Duplicolor Custom Wrap that was applied to thin and was on my black Ram 1500 for over two years. It took several applications (3 average) to remove from the pain and chrome bumpers. After each coat I dried the area and re-applied, waiting a minute or two and then used a power washer to remove. On the chrome bumpers after a couple coats there was a haze, I kept applying and washing and it eventually cleared up. I then washed the vehicle and buffed the paint and went over the bumpers with a chrome wax to remove any left over chemical. It was a time consuming process but certainly quicker than trying to peel it off. I recommend purchasing a couple bottles as you will use quite a bit if the dip has been on the vehicle for an extended period of time. Also, make sure you test in a inconspicuous area first as this product could stain/bleach the paint. Be extra careful on older red paint. Make sure you have a power washer, plenty of clean microfiber towels, a buffing wheel and all the cutting and polishing compounds you may need to restore the paint should it cause some damage. (Though I did not experience any of this). Also be careful around plastic trim, it did not have any negative effect on mine, but as always, test first. Used properly this product will save you a lot of time.

I purchased a car that had old plastidip on the wheels, it looked horrendous and I thought it was gonna be a nightmare trying to peel it all off as it was thin and uneven and flaking. I found this stuff and had one wheel completely free of plastidip in 10 minutes!! This stuff was a life saver.

This product did not remotely work as described. Followed directions as described on the product label. It did make the plastic dip just slightly easier to pick off, but that said could have saved my money and done that without this product. Save your money and look for a different product besides this one, or just be upset that you bothered because company did not care and seemed to almost know that it is a faulty product. Gasoline would work better than this junk.

This spray made removing my plasti dip so much easier. I did have to use more than I expected to remove it all but it worked very well. I used 3/4 of the bottle to clean 4 wheels off. Much easier than scrubbing them!

Purchased to get dip off my car and went by the directions. This item doesn’t work like they say. Terrible product in my book.

If you are like me and regret using a crap ton of plasti-dip and need to remove a crap ton of plasti-dip. Use this and a power washer and your multiple hour long job of removing the dip will turn into a matter of minutes.

We was told it would cost 200-300 to get the dip off our rims. My husband brought this product and used his pressure washer and it came right off.
