TRW Automotive TPC0737 Disc Brake Pad Set for Porsche Boxster: 1997-2008 and other applications Front, Black

Read 1 review of these pads that was negative due to fitment - I didn't experience that at all in fact thw fitment was perfect and I even bought these slightly used with a drastic price drop. They arrived in what I can only say is brand new condition not previously installed. Installing them was simple and prefect fitting. I test drove them after buying/installing rear pads since the fronts were perfect. They braking was flawless with no squeal or noisy of any kind. I cannot comment, yet, on lack of brake dust, but being ceramic pads, I suspect there will be minimal if any. I would most definitely purchase these again.

Just installed a set of those on my Boxster ‘98’s front brakes yesterday, they fit like a charm. The fellow who reported they don’t fit is just plain wrong. Amazon has a nice feature by which if you specify make/model/year of car, it will tell you if the part you’re considering fits that car or not, so use it...Amazon is sticking their neck out with that feature i.e. if they say it fits and that call is wrong then they are hurting their customer and eventually themselves by induction, so my bet is they do their homework to the point of having high confidence before they assert a part fits - if I were Jeff Bezos I certainly would drive the show in that fashion.So my review assigns for now 4 stars and that’s assessing fit only; and jury is still out on whether the pads work well and are durable, time will tell if for my use (I don’t go on race tracks or rallyes) they deserve 5 stars or should rather be downgraded.P.S.: Of course the above presumes you have factory/stock callipers on your car; if you have high performance braking hardware on your car all bets are off, but I doubt one having such equipment would select the lower price bracket for pads - I’ve seen some at >200$...

used for front brake on Porsche boxter they are like the original pads.

Came on time, seem high quality. I only ordered because amazon said they would fit my 08 cayman s front breaks... they do not. They look like they are actually for the rear. Now I have to spend time trying to return these.
