Does a great job on old windshields
I used this on my 24 year old Miata windshield. While it won't remove deep scratches, it went a long way to increase the clarity of my glass. Nice and smooth now. I use this to get off all the road grime, water spots and smooth out the glass. This is a great prep if you like to treat your glass with a water repellant like I do. While this can be done by hand, it takes a lot more elbow grease than you'd think. A good felt pad and RO buffer does a great job of it.

Works but takes a while.
Light polishing compound. Used to remove thin light scratches in the glass cover of a mantel clock. I picked a light compound knowing it would take extra time and effort to remove the scratches but it was worth it. Expect to spend time and effort.

Left with a Halo of Scratches
I had a scratch on the surface of my glass tabletop. I researched several options to avoid replacing the tabletop. I had all the necessary tools and purchased a polisher. Although I am somewhat adept at DIY projects, I am aware that glass can be challenging. This experience has led me to conclude that DIY projects involving glass may not be worthwhile.

It is able to remove hard water spots and grim from my windshield
I bought the Glass Polish 8.8oz (250ml) Glass Polishing Compound specifically to tackle hard water deposits and grime on my car’s windshield, and it really does perform! After using it, I noticed that it was able to polish off most of the water spots that had been bothering me for a while. The application process is straightforward, and a little goes a long way. It made a noticeable difference in the clarity of my windshield, leaving it looking much cleaner and clearer than before. While some of the most stubborn spots required a bit more elbow grease, the product definitely helped restore the glass.Overall, I’m happy with how well it worked for removing those tough water spots and grime. I’d recommend it to anyone looking to improve the appearance of their car’s glass surfaces!

Worked!
I've been looking at thos for a couple months with uncertainty and finally decided to pull the trigger and buy it. I was hesitant as I don't know much about glass or cell phone camera lenses, but I wanted to find something to restore the lens glass on my camera phone. I just wasn't 100% sure because I wasn't planning on not using a rotary tool, and just wanted to hand buff out the fog and scratches. Decided to give it a try, and was very impressed! My camera lens came out as good as new! Took minimal effort, and did not use a rotary tool, I just buffed a tiny amount in small circles with my finger and felt cloth. I plan on buying more and trying it out on my glass stove top next!!
