Pay a bit more for better quality resistors. Those are not uniform.
They have bad characteristics. Wanted to get rid of my stick drift on Xbox. Had to go through 4 of them. After replacing the first, second and third the stick was working but it was very fast horizontally on original box resistor and very slowly responding vertically on those ones. Doesn't recommend.

Perfect replacement and the included adjustment pcb was a very welcome addition but not needed in my case. The one I replaced was dead accurate immediately after installation per the Xbox calibration screen

It worked! Grabbed these just for the potentiometer disks. Did not have to solder anything. Just swapped out the potentiometers for drift issue. Ended up swapping out all 4 even though was only on left stick. No drift on either side and works like new. Recommend to anyone with stick drift

Works just like the original joysticks of the ps4, unlike some of the cheaper options on Amazon
