Photo quality is not good. Back cover is not locked properly.

Disappointed with Wrong Print
I ordered a photo frame expecting it to be a meaningful gift, but unfortunately, the print was completely wrong. The date and the text was either misspelled or not what I had requested. It was really disappointing, especially because it was meant for a special occasion.
