Raystreak Adjustable Alloy SUP Paddle Aluminum-3 Piece Stand Up Paddle with Paddle Bag

We bought two inflatable boards from Isle Surf and SUP. One of the Amazon Peak boards and one Isle all around board. Both came with travel paddles. The all around board was aluminum that had a twisting adjustment which quickly became unusable after 6 sessions because it "froze" and would not extend even with 180 lbs of tension on it. We purchased this one and it literally seems like a carbon copy of the paddle that came with the Peak board. It's lighter, has a better locking mechanism, foam inserts so it will float and has a different coating which allows it to slide better. Fyi. Isle sells this exact paddle for $145. Solid purchase at a fraction of the price that also includes a carrying bag.

You're not going to beat this paddle for the money. Period. I'm 6'0" tall and this paddle is just long enough fully extended, and it does not flex at all. If you're taller than 6', you need a longer paddle. The quality is excellent. Comes with a really nice carrying bag - like you would really need one, but hey. Seams are all taped well with tight plastic to keep water out. It's stuffed with foam so it floats well. The nylon paddle is very tough. It doesn't weigh much more than my friend's heavy duty carbon fiber Hala paddle and the design is very similar. That paddle is a couple hundred bucks. You can't go wrong here. Buy it !

This paddle is great! We board approximately 4 times a week. I have numerous paddles and boards. I purchased this paddle approx 1 yr ago and have been waiting for it to be available again. Saw it today on amazon and I'm going to pick up two more. Definite good buy for the money.

The paddle comes with a really nice bag with a carrying strap, but it was small enough i could fit it right in my paddle board backpack to carry.The paddle comes in 3 sections thst each attach to the other using very secure spring pushbuttons. I'm 6 feet tall and was able to adjust it to easily accommodate my height amd it could still be made longer.I tested the flotation as well and it does float so jo worries about the kids dropping it amd losing it.

Overall I thought I liked this paddle and that it was a good value, but after using it only six or seven times the clip that secures the position/height when you’re adjusting it popped off on its own while I was using it. One of the little lips on the clip had already broken, so it was about as fully secured as it could have been. It popped off with enough momentum that it ended up in the water (and sunk of course) but fortunately I had a hair clip that sorta worked for the rest of my ride. Unfortunately I can’t recommend buying this.

Love the compactness of the paddles and bag. Can get tricky with the attachment pin, it doesn't sit well with the outer pole if it's rotated one way. Just test pulling apart the paddle and pole section to test if the pin is seated well or not.

Great, this was my first paddle and I really like that it can break down into a little bag! Makes easier to travel with. I have not had any issues with this paddle and I bought it back in July(2018). It does float too! Which is helpful!Update: 2021 the piece that clips into to adjust height has cracked. It broke the beginning of 2021, I still use it, but I know it’s going to stop working one day.

This paddle is of great quality. Haven't used it yet but I can see that it does not have the defects the other paddle I bought and returned had. I'll give an update this week end.
