Glue sticks worked for my basic glue gun and was able to hold my childs school project together! May buy again in future if needed.

Picture this:: It’s 9:17 p.m. the night before my event ceremony and 200 silk rose petals are refusing to stick to the aisle runner. Cue panic, cue tears, cue me ransacking the craft bin. Finally! I found my bag of these 4” mini glue sticks; I popped one int he tiny gun that I keep in my purse (yes, I’m THAT GIRL!), and I was sticking petals on like a machine—bing, bing, bing—zero strings, zero burns, zero bad words! What I love about these things are they have a crystal-clear finish and there is no weird yellow fog, so the petals looked like they were magically levitating. Also I like that there was a 5-second set and that meant that the runner could be rolled up an hour later without the petals jumping ship. One of those sticks = 18-20 standard dots. I used 11 sticks total for the runner, boutonnières, and a last-minute fix on the bride’s veil comb. PRO TIP:: If you need a tiny dot, nip a stick in half with old scissors and feed the nub. You’ll get micro-doses perfect for rhinestones or securing a broken earring back before photos. They’re mini, so they fit every “travel” glue gun I’ve tried (even the Dollar Tree ones). If you craft, teach, rent, or just live in a house where things mysteriously break the day before company arrives, keep a bag of these lifesavers within arm’s reach. They’re cheap insurance against any and all DIY disasters.

They fit well into may glue gun, the quality is as expected. I'm satisfied with the product and would definitely buy it again.

The glue is good enough to hold. But I wanted transparency once it dried. It wasn't crystal clear as it claims. But as a glue the quality is fine.
