The Old Version works Well
When I ordered these a few days ago, there were two version. I can't remember which mine was, but it was the old one, as the current one was marked "New Version". I can't attest to how well the New Version works, but I saw some mixed reviews, just wanted to point that out. So I chose the older version. I measured mine against a known 90 degree square I use for table saw alignment, and it was dead on. I then compared these against each other, inside against outside, for both, and they were also good to go. Great deal and it works!

Good Product
I received these ... and after having read reviews about how they weren't square ... immediately checked all four. Three of them mated perfectly with my 'Redbird' square ... (guaranteed square within +/- 0.008 over its 7 inch length) and one showed a tiny bit of 'daylight' near the tip. Well within what's required for woodworking. If you need more precision than that, spend the big dollars and get Starrett tools ...Purchased some inexpensive Irwin 4 in. clamps to use with them. They hold my current project 'square' very well.

already used on couple of projects helps maintain 90 degrees, plus they look cool on the wall

Super Useful
Love these things. Use them for for glue-ups, making sure my cuts are square, calibrating my saws, etc. Some reviewers received ones that were not 90 degrees. I verified mine with a digital angle gauge and a few other tools to be sure the ones I got were actually square, but it sounds like you may need to order a few sets to get a good pair and return the extras. Worth it in my opinion.

Their small size works better for my needs than larger ones would
These work very well. I ordered them last fall and used them in assembling and gluing up several jewelry boxes and their tray inserts I built for Christmas presents. It's very handy to have a right angle clamping surface. Clamping to the outside of the box, there is a notch to allow for glue squeeze out, so you don't have to worry about gluing to the squares (which might be a problem if you're using epoxy, for example). You can also clamp to the inside of the assembly, though it isn't notched for squeeze out on that side. These are almost identical to Woodpecker's clamping squares, but are a bit smaller. Their small size works better for my needs than larger ones would, because I mostly work with small projects.

Works perfectly!
The angles were dead on and these are perfect for my needs. Great for building box joints and squaring the miter gauge on my table saw. I wanted something that will last a lifetime for a reasonable price and definitely recommend.

Nicely done!
Very nicely made. Beautiful to look at. Matched up well against my woodpeckers set up square, feel sturdy enough to build cabinets!

Excellent Squareness and very useful
I'm a bookbinder and these are great for keeping everything square and aligned. I was concerned by some of the reviews stating that they received un-square product. I checked these by testing them against my straightest straight-edge and determined that these are square on both the inside and outside edges (using the pencil line test). I gave them only a cursory check for vertical squareness, but they are more than adequate for my needs.

Good quality, square
The first set of these I bought were not square. I checked each on with an engineers square, and found the outside and inside to be out enough for the square to wobble.Sent those back and got a replacement and these are pretty much spot on.Very happy with these, nice and sturdy.

Well worth the money!
Now these are good in fact very good. Well made, feel quality and just the right size.We use these for small box manufacturing. They hold mitre joints well using small hand clamps. We'll probably buy some more shortly. Well worth the money.

A must have for framers, and anyone else who needs consistent angles.
Excellent accessory, I have been using wooden batters to get the right angles for door making. This has always been a pain to keep checking them, but now I don't have to. These are very well machined and well worth the money.

Dead on square
The squares arrived slightly ahead of schedule, when I received them I checked them and found them to be perfectly square, the size of the material meant I was able to use clamps safely to hold the job firmly to the squares and hold it all precisely at 90deg. I am 100% happy with my purchase.

versatile and solid
useful item for a workshop. providing true 90 degree angle. A bit pricey for what it is though. I made 4 out of hard wood - 8" x 8" a lot cheaper.
