Fans are cheap and noisy. They are not strong enough to push enough air thru to the CPU/MB of the Xbox One. I am considering replacing the fans with better ones. Only positive is the casing does go flush against the Xbox to look seamless. I eventually ended up purchasing a high end electronics fan. They blow fast and quiet. The Winkeyes X-box One Slim Cooling Fan with 3 High Speed Fans & Double USB Ports fits the console well, but after being turned on for only a day the fans started to make a bit of noise. The cooler seems to help but, the fans do not seem to be very high quality. I may try to order some higher quality replacement fans and install them in the unit.

Pretty quite especially the lower setting but the highest setting works so good that my top mounted intercooler doesn't even come on when this is on never had one work so good

this is ok, not amazing. it does move the air but not a lot.

Decent product. Worked for me for about a month then one of the three fans became loose and made a very loud noise when it was on. Not sure how it became loose but it's not working properly.

The fans feel high quality but the fans are not strong enough to push air into the xbox.

No on/off switch....
