I use this because I broke my neck and I was allowed to stop wearing the more confining one. I had to trim it because it was too wide, but I don't have a long neck. I still wear it at night. It is comfortable and has velcro closing. Would recommend

It is a little more comfortable that other foam collars. It does not keep your head as pictured.The fabric is not bad as well as the extension piece, but it is stll uncomfortable when you have to wear a collar most of the day.

I was hurt in June of 22. I wish I would have had this brace instead of the one I got from the hospital.I am alot better an I don't need it as much as I did. But this brace when I start hurting or feeling the stress I can wear it for an hr or 2 an I'm able to take it off an I'm fine. It takes all the pressure off my neck and helps relieve the pain an stress.

Fabric was ok. I have a smaller neck so didn’t need the extender piece. The Velcro kind of rubs on the neck, so not as comfortable as I had hoped.

I do not know if PTSD or whiplash has destabilized my neck but this is a good brace to wear running and sleeping for a herniated neck disk c7 so that the neck does not move in damaging positions. I am a smaller person with a thin to medium neck and i found this to be a cheap and simple partial solution. The support is not great but if it was, it would be impossible to sleep with it on so I like that this is so-so but I can wear it while sleeping. This is a gentle support brace that helps.
