This is a great safety device. I like the fact that they are highly visible when they are being used. You can eject it from your gun like a live round when you are ready to start firing. You can load a round faster with these as opposed to using regular chamber flags. I only bought one pack at the time. I wish I had purchased more because I told some friends about them. I was disappointed when Garret Machine stopped making them. They were a bit pricey, but I thought they were worth it.

The look, feel and functionality are exceptional. Ease of use and consistent cycling prove this product to be worth my money. I’ve come to learn this is the case with items sold by Garrett Machine. The plastic feels sturdy and does not easily bend. The brass is machined well and the product looks high quality. If you want to place an item in your chamber to immediately identify zero live ammunition is in your weapon this is your tool. Garret also offers another option that goes through the entire barrel. It requires weapon disassembly. This item does not require disassembly. Simply rack your slide and insert this red chamber flag. Release and you’re good to go.

Fits my VP9's very well. Best part is that they don"t "stick out" sideways or upward but are still very visible. Well made. Easy to use. $$ compared to some others but worth it.
