I love this item! It just make since. Now, I can leave my chargers at work for emergencies, I have a charger in the car also. This charging station stays at home next to my night stand. I have 7devices all at the same time. The cord that plugs into the unit and the electrical outlet didn't fit into the unit. It wasn't a tight fit. Luckily, I had another cord with the correct shape that fit into the unit without falling out. I would probably be so annoyed and would have given one star for that inconvenience of returning it.I like the unit. It works. It makes my counter not be a mess and there are no missing cords or fights over charging cords in our house anymore.UPDATE: 7 months after purchase, one iPhone charging cord quit working. I should've returned it then. 14 months after purchase, the second one stopped working. The warranty is only for 12 months, so I am probably out of luck. :(

I hesitated buying this because of the negative reviews. I just set it up and I love it. Good points- my three kindles, iPhone, tablet, and phone battery pack are all hooked up and charging. I'll be adding my fit bit as well. It is weighted so it won't slide off the table like my other smaller multi charger did. My kindles all fit with their cases on. Cons- my tablet won't fit with its case on. It sits next to the charger. No biggie since it will fit if I took the case off. The only thing I can't charge is my surface tablet which requires a plug.

I originally purchased because we have multiple iPads, phones, etc. to charge and I thought it would be easy to charge all or some of them simultaneously and in one spot. However, the chargers that come with it and are retractable stopped working within 6 months, then the other side, where you put your own charge cord into, started to fail one by one. I am devestated as I cannot afford to purchase a new one and/or working cords for the amount of devices we need to charge. I would not buy again and have some very sad kids as they have to wait hours for the few charging cords we have to individually charge their units.

Bought this 2 months ago and out of no where - will not charge any of the devices. Purchased this as a charging station for my 4 children to charge their tablets for cyber school (so as to make it easier then using 4 different bulky long charging cables) and at $49.99, should DEFINITELY not have already died. Dissapointed....

Returned because of the narrow slots. I could not fit a tablet in a case in the slot.

Worked great but After 1-1/2 years it started smoking and as I pulled the smoking cord out sparks flew. Cooled off and in the garbage it went.
