- Store at 20° to 25°C (68° to 77°F) [see USP Controlled Room Temperature]. Store away from heat. Protected from freezing. Keep tightly closed.
ACTIVE: Polyvinyl Alcohol 1.4%; PRESERVATIVE: Benzalkonium Chloride 0.005%; INACTIVES: Edetate Disodium, Sodium Chloride, Sodium Phosphate Dibasic, Sodium Phosphate Monobasic and Purified Water USP, Sodium Hydroxide and/or Hydrochloric Acid to adjust pH.
