This for me was a backup purchase. I do acrylic paintings on cotton stretched canvas. I couldn't find the usual more expensive varnish I normally use, so I settled for this. I didn't want to spend too much on a new product I've never used. Turns out, it works great. It went on milky and dried super clear and smooth. The satin is a little glossier than I expected but actually worked for my painting. The colors are much more vibrant and makes everything jump out more. It also dries at a good rate (not too fast/not too slow). It was also a good consistency. A little went a long way. The only downside is, I had to transfer it to another bottle, because it arrived with a broken cap. I recommend this to anyone that is looking for a good quality product at an affordable price, compared to the rest in it's category.

I have used this before! Water based? And it still gives shine and protection to your products! So easy to use

I used this on a walking stick, and I wanted something that wouldn’t alter the color of the wood. This stuff is great!!! I did a few coats and let it dry for a few days. It worked like a charm and allows the wood to show as it was when I got it. I suggest using a cup with a little inside. Oh, and use it outdoors to be safe!

Works fantastic brushed clear coat on the dog, I had to sand the dog, it came really rough & a terrible look. I sanded &"repainted it, then I brushed clear on the dog & gun holster and knife on the other side, this dog is for John wick 6" doll.
