The book was delivered in very good condition. Like all of Brene Brown's other books and YouTube videos, this book will guide you through life's ups and downs in a comprehensive manner.

very useful to understand psychology

A wholesome book that helped me understand and label numerous emotions that we experience regularly but very often do not address due to lack of knowledge and information. Definitely a book I will revisit often.

The outer paper cover of a hardcover book is called a dust jacket. This supplier took that literally it appears. The dust jacket was greasy and dirty. I was giving this book as a gift so took lots of effort to try and clean away the grease and soil from the cover, but the book remained sticky and still looked used and dirty even after a cleaning job.

Research work of Brene helps to know thyself

The media could not be loaded. The book doesn’t look fresh. The cover is worn out and so are the pages. The edges show stains. Not happy with the quality control.
