Powertec Workbench Pec Fly Accessory

No tension at the bottom of the movement when using. Disappointed to say the least. Had to add a resistance band to get good tension on a full range of motion. With the band added it works well. Is heavy as well.

I have never run to write a review so fast until I got this thing. This attachment is amazing, I have bad shoulder injury on my right side and listen when I say i couldn't feel it and I could of get my 15 reps in I was impressed. You can't but the 45 plates on it but that okay 35 25 adds up. Also when I say your pec will be burning I mean it. Trust me so worth the money. At least for me.

Really good range of motion, very well built! Made of thick strong steel and very smooth to operaate!

My second most favorite Powertec attachment. The movement is butter smooth and you don't need a lot of weight to get a super pump. In fact, I recommend doing light weight and at least 12-15 reps with this machine for maximum gains?

Built well, bulky and heavy to store and move around, so keep that in mind. All was simple until the weight horn screws weren't machined well. That was a pain in the lower area. If the screws went in as they were supposed to. Would have been 5 stars

Love this attachment. Only real downshide is the tension goes from very light to very stiff quick without bands and it is a pain in the ass to take off and store. I just ended up leaving it in the bench and pushing it in between my rack. Still for the price and what it does it's a steal.
