i bought this chair to replace a Z-line chair that i had previously. the Z-line products are reasonably priced and very stylish but absolute junk as far as quality. this executive chair is stylish, reasonably priced, and incredibly high quality.first, the chair is very sturdy. the materials are high quality right down to the stitching. the chair is a bit on the firmer side as far as comfort but the cushions are starting to loosen up a little bit. the chair is getting more comfortable as i sit in it more. this chair is slightly narrower than my last chair but it has a longer seat cushion, which is ideal for my height (im on the taller side).the chair arrived on time and in excellent condition. it took me about 10 minutes to construct the chair by myself. all the tools required are included in the packaging.i finally found the right combination of style, comfort, and quality at a reasonable price with this chair. highly recommended.

This seems to be a very comfortable chair. Seems to be made well. Very easy to assemble. It is not as wide as I would have liked for it to have been. But it does match up with the width described in the description so I cant really argue. Overall great chair. So far I would recommend it. Keep in mind it does have a recommended weight limit of < 250lbs. Something to consider if you are a bigger person. Hope this review helps!!

Although chair was comfortable, the the plastic base broke where it holds one of the wheels in. Since it is cracked, it no holder will hold the wheel in, and comes out every time you roll. I have only had this chair 6 months. I have bought cheaper chairs, and they lasted way longer. Contacted them about just getting me a new base with no response. Now I am forced to buy another chair and out the $180 I paid for this one.

This was a fairly comfortable chair for $200. The handles were to high for me and were not adjustable. I did like the high back. After a couple of years the thin PU leather or whatever it is started peeling off the back/headrest and within a year it was peeling off the seat and handles. Underneath is a standard grey cloth material. If you could peel all of the fake leather off it would probably look fine. Other than that it has held up pretty well. The cushions haven't flattened, which happens to a lot of chairs.

I originally gave this chair a one-star review because I clearly received a defective one from the factory and because of my frustration with putting it together, then disassembling and returning. The original was not manufactured correctly and as a result, performed poorly when assembled and was poorly reviewed.The manufacturer then reached out to me directly very quickly, replaced the chair with a new one and made it right. I was very impressed with the way they handled things and contacted me.The NEW/replacement chair that was sent to me was easily assembled and functions very well. I consider it a good buy for the money. The chair is of high-quality materials, very comfortable, and sturdy. I especially like the firm lumbar support on the lower back and they way the chair reclines by hinging at both the back AND the handles, keeping the base of the chair largely horizontal to the floor.

This chair is reasonably priced, has great lumbar support, and multiple adjustments to fit the individual body. It is nice looking in addition. I ordered a second one for a friend of mine and recommed it. I previously had an Easy-boy full leather office chair at twice the price and except for being nice looking it had none of the comfort or features as the Genesis.

Great chair for the price. Easy to assemble. Comfortable sitting. Looks goods. Great material, While it is something called "leatherplus" it looks like leather, feel like leather...somewhat. But if you own a real leather chair you know it's not leather. But it feels good and it looks and feels like a durable material. I would purchase again in fact I am thinking of getting one for my wife.Update: 4 years later and the chair is falling apart. The lever that controls the back is not working and the chair back gets stuck at a 45 degree angle. I have to bang the bottom of the chair with a hammer to unstick it. The fake leather is peeled and the seams are coming apart. The only reason for 2 stars is the chair is still comfortable although it looks like H_LL.

This chair is absolutely amazing! It took less than 10 minutes to assemble and is incredible comfortable. I added roller wheels to both enhance the glide and protect my hardwood floor. Though, a little on the pricey side it's worth it! It's durable, comfortable, and fits perfectly with my desk.
