CYBERTRUCK OWNER EASILY APPLIED WITH SUCCESS! LOOKS AMAZING AND WORTH EVERY PENNY.
Protectaclear worked well. The hardest part was prepping my truck. It was about 1 month since I took delivery and some staining required more scrubbing to remove. This kit worked perfect for what I needed it for. It saved me money buying this and picking up the lint free detail sponges and lint free microfibers seperate. I only used about 1/2 the bottle for the entire truck. The actual application of this gel is very easy. My advice is to apply it to 1/2 the truck, then go back and touch the drips before they set. I had some rainbowing areas after it all dried. After speaking with Jackie at Protectaclear, she asured me that I can go back and do a basic clean off on the truck with water, let it dry, then apply a new coat to the rainbow areas to make it look like the rest of the truck. Biggest take away- It looks amazing with this coating on it. A stronger shine, less imperfections, and its very easy to wipe off bird poo, bee stuff, pollen, and no more finger prints. This is worth every penny- and the best alternative to doing a clear PPF overpriced wrap.

Essential for Fashion Jewelry and Accessories
The liquid is much easier to work with and a lot less noxious than the spray format. I use a foam brush to apply, then suspend my items from wire hangers to dry. Be sure to put down parchment or wax paper to pick up drips and prevent sticking. The self-leveling formula works as advertised and coats the items evenly. Everything stays shiny and sparkly. The one caveat is that Protectaclear will strip paint. I've coated items that I didn't know were painted, until they started bleeding on contact with the Protectaclear. It MUST be applied to uncoated, clean, dry metal only.

Worked great
Just as described. Complete novice here. Protected 10 sq feet of copper ( inside use) and a year later it looks great. Plenty left after that. Instructions are good. Product goes really far. Haven’t used it since so can’t comment on product longevity.

Love it!
This is perfect to seal your wire wrapped jewelry! I tried the renaissance wax and didn't care for it.. so I kept researching until I came across this.. I use a paint brush to coat my pieces because I found that dipping them wasted alot of product and would sometimes leave dried drips that I didn't catch in time to wipe off. I feel confident using this product that my pieces will last longer in between cleanings!

Seems to work well
My last Weber stainless grill rusted in months in the FL humidity, so when I bought a new one, I started looking for something to protect it. I found this product online and it seemed to fit the bill. I've never used this product before. Preparation: I removed all the plastic from the grill and used the cleaner (per the directions). I only found one video online showing how to apply this coating. I put the Protectaclear in a glass dish. Application: I recommend applying the Protectaclear using thin coats, otherwise it will drip and run. It self levels, so the streaks will level out. The coating was virtually invisible after drying. After the first coat, I placed the applicator sponge in some aluminum foil to prevent it from drying. 2nd Application: Again: apply with a thin coat to eliminate drips/runs. I noticed most of the ripples and steaks level out, but not as well as the first coat. After the 2nd application, it becomes more apparent that there's a coating on the metal. However I don't mind it if it means the grill is protected. I've used the grill a few times and the coating has held up well. I did notice that the coating scratches rather easily. It's mostly repairable with another light coat over the area. The only bad part (from what I read online) is the Protectaclear doesn't last long in the container after it's been opened. I can't comment on the longevity of the coating itself, but so far I'm happy.

This stuff works
This product does what it says. Leaves a clear coat on your metal pieces with fairly little effort. There are a few issues worth mentioning. First, the can is tough to open. Under the cap, which unscrews easily, there is protective foil seal and it is very tough. I had to use a utility knife and put some body weight on it to cut through. Second issue is that when you apply this product to sheet metal or any large enough surface you will get bubbles. These will go away when the coating dries but it may take a while. I panicked the first time but you should know ahead of time that bubbles will happen and they will disappear by the time the product is dry enough. And finally, the drying time for this stuff is terrible. Instructions say it is 4-5 days. It cures faster if you can heat the piece up but if you are working with sheet metal then evenly heating it may be a problem. On the plus side, the coating ends up looking nice and a little bit goes a very long way. Coverage estimates from the manufacturer are conservative.

Amazing product! Protects like no other!
Listen up. It’s not often a helicopter manufacturer specifies a product that you brush on for protection. Robinson Helicopter Company recommend only this product for the leading edge of helicopter main rotor and tail rotor blades! I was extremely skeptical, but this product has held up well against the most violent and abrasive environment, that is the leading edges of helicopter rotor blades! Easy to install. Follow directions. Product is made for stable surfaces and will crack if applied to something that bends. Very durable, but brittle. Easily touched up and will “bond” to old covering, no need to remove it all. Down side? Take 3-4 days to cure. Plan ahead.
