Get pure, clean water
Since we live in Florida, most of our water is heavy, specially with lime. We decided to purchase the picture and it came to three refills. It also came with a small measuring device, where you place the end into the water to tell you how clean imperial water is and when it’s time to change the filter. It’s extremely easy to use you open up your picture. Change the old filter for a new filter and you have clean water. We have a water conditioner, so the filter life lasts a lot longer. The water quality is very good and there are no toxic chemicals in our water. When filling the water flow is very fast. It makes the water quality excellent. Highly recommend water, pitcher, and the filters. The replacement filters are very expensive, but it makes having clean water worth it. I highly recommend this product.

Pitcher Leaks at Base - RESOLVED
ZeroWater Customer Service is good! I got the filter pitcher, but then found out that the pitcher was defective, and leaked at the bottom, wasting filtered water and making a mess. I emailed customer service and linked my order number, and within 3 days I received a response email and another email saying that my replacement package was on the way. I asked for a new pitcher, since the filter was fine, but today I received a complete 10-cup item, including both filter and pitcher. This pitcher does not leak. It does seem to have the same design at the base of the handle, only this replacement pitcher is sealed where the opaque plastic handle piece meets the transparent plastic handle section, so I'm not wasting filtered water with this pitcher. All things considered, I'm very pleased with this purchase. A tip for carrying it when you have water in the upper chamber waiting to go through the filter- don't try to hold it perfectly upright and perpendicular to the ground. Your walking will slosh some water up and out onto your hand. Instead, just let it tilt a little bit forward, as there is no opening there in the top. This is a comfortable design for carrying it, but I did spill some water because I was trying to be careful when carrying it.Original Review:I just received the item yesterday, and I tried it out. The filter works great, but the pitcher into which the water is filtered and dispensed has a hole in the bottom at the base of the handle. Apparently other people have had this issue as well. I have sent an email to customer support, and will update my review when or if I hear back and when or if I get a replacement pitcher which does not have a gap which causes water to spill at a rather fast rate.Update: I received a response to my email on the third business day after my email was sent. I responded promptly to their follow-up email confirming the details of my pitcher size and mailing address, and within 5 minutes, I received another email saying my order for 1 free replacement pitcher was confirmed. I will update again when I receive the replacement.

If I could give 10 stars, I would!
I have been so very impressed with the ZeroWater company! I purchase the 8 cup pitcher on Amazon (of course!). With the first water fill of my pitcher, I noticed that it was leaking as I had water forming on my kitchen counter. It was a slow leak but would fully soak a few paper towels and the plate that I had set it on, over time. I was really bummed about this.BUT I called the ZeroWater customer service line today and they are sending me a brand new replacement pitcher and filter for free! That is awesome customer service! As for the pitcher itself, I LOVE the taste of the water. I also really appreciate the water quality meter. I definitely need a water filtration pitcher... water from the ZeroWater pitcher reads "000", water from my tap reads "434". (yuk, to my tap water; thank God for clean water from the ZeroWater pitcher!)I find the pitcher very easy to use. I will say that it has taken a few times for me to remember not to tilt the pitcher at all, not even a smidge, after I've filled the water reservoir as it very easily spills out. But other than that, I think it's a fabulous pitcher!So... 10 stars for ZeroWater company and their pitchers!!

Pitcher arrived with leak at seam, week later still waiting for ZeroWater to ship replacement
I have had a ZeroWater pitcher for several years (6 cup pitcher), and have loved the ease of use and the ability to use the meter to know that the filter is or is not doing its job and when to replace it. I needed to order a replacement pitcher along with filters and decided to opt for the 8-cup round model. This showed up the next day, and as I'm not new to Zero, I unpacked, washed the pitcher and proceeded to fill with water for the first use of the filter. Imagine my surprise when there was water all over the counter. I assumed this was from residual water in the handle, poured the first round of water on some plants, and dried everything again and proceeded to fill the pitcher again. The new pitcher, which was in an undamaged outer and inner box, has what I can only surmise is a crack or defective seal along with bottom near the handle and water escapes the pitcher at a rather alarming rate. I attempted to address on the Amazon site, but it was Sunday, so I sent an email, with pictures, an explanation and a copy of the invoice from Amazon, this email has gone unanswered 6 days later. On Monday evening, I called their customer support number and explained the situation, and the representative, who seemed very helpful, indicated that they would send a replacement out. Its been a full week, and that order is in an 'unfulfilled' status. Way to treat a current customer!
