One of the best massagers I have purchased to help with neck and back pain.I have been getting severe pains in upper back around neck and mid to upper back right side. This thing is very effective to use just sitting around and hit the spots as needed. The heat gets very hot and effective. First time I used this I put a lot of pressure on my back behind areas needed and let me tell you I was sore for two days after using this but it rid my pain I had been having for over a month. This can be used all over the body as needed. I really like the design and ease of use. It even came with an adapter for car so perfect for long trips. Worth every penny

I was constantly feeling tired in my neck & upper back. I used salves, hot showers, sauna, etc. - no consistent relief. Also, I've never had a massage in my life. I decided to purchase this product, it arrived same day. It is great! Listen, it does not replace an actual massage, I'm sure, but it does what needs to be done. It relieved my pain almost instantly, especially once I learned to move it around to different places on my neck, shoulders and upper back & to adjust it accordingly.It's super easy to use, there are 4 buttons & I am not sure of what each settings does specifically, but all of them work well. The price is right! It also runs by electrical cord, it's not rechargeable and there are no batteries needed. Also, there's some type of pluggable adapter to supply electricity (think plugging it into a generator). I was not sure if it would work, but it does and I highly recommend buying it. Lastly, the heat is not blazing, but the temp is nice and comfortable.

Used a few time. Caused pain in back of neck so I didn’t use it there anymore. Seemed like too much pressure with weight of article. I will try again on my legs. Seems like decent sturdy quality I don’t hv issues with my back. Husband tried it twice on back but he had no opinion!!

Good for relieving tension. Have used it frequently and works well. Heated mode is nice and helps relax tough muscles. Ordered it for myself but girlfriend loves it too we both get migraines and muscle knots and has helped our trapezius and lower back muscles
