Love these MSM capsules. My favorite go to for natural anti-inflammatory/pain relief. Great to use for preventative purposes, the day of & a few days after, overworking my body - pouring cement, putting up chain link fencing, etc. and for injuries.

I LOVE this brand of MSM. I have tried so many different brands of MSM, including those that incorporate other ingredients like glucosamine. This brand in this form works the best for me. I have recommended it to friends & family. We all love it. Throughout my review, I will refer to it as "this MSM" because I have tried many other brands. I have also tried MSM products with other ingredients like glucosamine added to it. I always return to this MSM because it works unlike any other.I started taking this MSM when I was training for a marathon. I could feel it working in a matter of a couple of days. I no longer woke up with sore joints, which meant that I could run longer. It was an absolute game-changer. I also play the violin, so my finger joints are often sore. With this MSM, I can rigorously prepare for performances without experiencing physical pain.When my mom told me that the joints in her hands were so stiff that she could not bend/unbend her fingers, I immediately thought to send her a bottle of this MSM. Her work is very hands-on, so she was always in pain. She regularly went to the doctor to get cortisone shots. for some temporary relief. My mom's experience with this MSM was similar to my own. She felt the effects in about two days. She no longer felt pain in her hands. She could bend & unbend her fingers again. She has since stopped going to the doctor for those cortisone shots. She takes two capsules of MSM, twice a day, & has had no joint issues from that point forward. I have her signed up on my Subscribe & Save, so she has a good supply. This MSM is a must-have in her daily routine.I also recommended it to my husband, who suffers from carpal tunnel syndrome in both of his hands/arms. His condition is so severe that he wears wrist braces, 24-7. Ever since he started taking this MSM, the pain has noticeably decreased. He is able to go without the braces for extended periods throughout the day. He also takes this MSM, daily.This MSM is awesome! Definitely buy it!I just assumed that it was worth a try, since she was already in so much pain & she welcomed the help. After the second day of taking this MSM, my mom could bend her fingers again & she was ecstatic. I was surprised because although I had hoped that it would help, I had no idea that it would work so quickly. I also had no clue that it would be so effective.The reason I started taking it was to maintain my good health, so I did not experience a "night & day" difference like my mom did. I had no idea that it would play such a big role in relieving her pain & improving her quality of life. She takes this brand of MSM, every day, & has stopped going to the doctor for the cortisone shots. When she ran out, my sister bought her another brand from a well-known big box store, but it was not as effective as this specific brand. I now her scheduled for Subscribe & Save on this item, so that she never runs out.

Recommend by a friend for joint inflammation in my fingers. Within a week, I could tell a difference. I take 1 or 2 in the morning, depending on pain and sometimes 1 in the afternoon. I noticed a HUGE difference when I wasn't taking for a few days in a row. Highly recommend.

Very good, no issues, just wish it was chewable from you guys instead of capsules but it's all good

I started taking these MSM supplements to help with inflammation, specifically for my rosacea and I’m honestly blown away by the results. Within a short time, I noticed a real difference in my skin: fewer bumps, less redness, and an overall calmer complexion. It’s now a key part of my daily routine. I know everyone is different, but if you’re struggling with inflammation or skin flare ups, this is definitely worth trying. So glad I found it!

Good quality at a good price. Cheaper than going to local stores and they don't upset the stomach

I’ve used MSM in various forms for years. I ordered these in a pinch after running out of my usual powder. They work great with improvement following the first dose. Definitely require daily dosing though to maintain benefits. Since taking Now MSM my joints no longer predict the weather better than the weatherman.

I've no doubt this is a good & helpful product. However, one of the commonly associated side effects (bloating) got to me within days of beginning this supplement, (taken as directed). Now, weeks after stopping the supplement I'm still struggling w/it but showing steady improvement due mostly to a really boring but healthy diet.Again, I know from it's history MSM is a good supplement. Whether or not the NOW™ one is I can't say. NOW™ had long been considered a good value. Not as sure it's the same quality brand name as it had once been based on a variety of NOW ™ supplements.Shipping was as expected...obviously, "Free two-day delivery" is a mere approximation as is "receive on ______ (2 days later if ordered by _____ ).It usually takes ~ two days for my item/s to be compiled & sometimes another for shipping agent to accrue, organize & issue tracking numbers. Finally on or around day 2-3 since placing order for Prime product/s w/a Prime membership the purchases are on the way.Choice of shipping agent especially given the aforementioned constraints is a vender decision/Amazon... UPS had been used by Amazon most often to ship to me. ~ 50% of UPS deliveries go to a wrong address & only thru kindness of former strangers that received then drove or walked the Amazon purchases to my home did I take possession of purchases.Now, US Post has begun delivering my Amazon purchases too. Surprisingly so or not, shipping via US Post has resulted in ~50% of deliveries to an entirely new set of random, wrong addresses. I understand this was necessary to keep US Post despite being heavily subsidized by the taxpayer. My favorite & consistently best delivery option is Fed Ex.
