Is this the complete head? My dog eat the head and I need a complete one, not only the shavers

Head fits shaver perfectly , and provides a good shave, however the number of blades inside the shaving head (2) is not the same number as in the oem head (3)

How to replace the head

Remove the old head by pulling off and than replace with the new.

Does this head assembly contain 3 new blades?
