Amazing!
I love the quality and the stability of it. Love that it has the drop leaf. Being able to put it up when needed but also put it down when you need more space in that area to walk around. The wheels work great and perfect so it’s easily moved to other areas of the house if needed for a part. The assembly was okay, took my husband about 2-2.5 hours. Could have been easier but it was fine. The design is pretty too. The wood on top seems to be off nice quality had a good feeling to it not just like a cheap block of wood. Having a spice rack and towel rack is nice too. Lots of space but also doesn’t take up a ton of room in your kitchen! Would recommend!

Perfect for a smaller space
If you need a little extra counter space, this is perfect. I don’t have a lot of room for a dining table so this is perfect! It has a drop leaf so can pop that up if I want to eat at it, has a cupboard for those “food xtra” things, and it looks good! Does take some time to put together but well worth it!

Very nice, but be prepared....
Review not written by a bot. How do you know? Because of the following:Peanut Butter. This island is pretty sturdy, and very useful in the kitchen. It is small enough to walk around it, yet it also has wheels so it may be moved easily. The leaf is VERY useful when entertaining, as the island may be moved to a side and food placed on it like a buffet. The arms are strong, so some pretty heavy dishes may be placed on the leaf. Now, the negatives:The arms which hold the leaf (at least on my model) seem to have been 'flexed'. After assembly, the leaf would not lie flat against the side of the island. On close inspection, the arms seem to have been bent or flexed so one side had ample space, and the opposite side had part of the arm interfering with closure, so it would not lie flat. Had to brace the island against a wall/cabinet and then push the leaf sideways in order to get the arms to function correctly. Minor correction, but be ready for it. Tried to get photos of the hinges which show space on the right side, and no space on the left side. Other photo shows how the leaf does not lay flat. The other is the drilled holes for the door hinges. Mine were not correctly placed, so the hinge side of the door protrudes from what should be a flat surface (upper drawer, side of island, and platform). Was able to adjust the handle sides of the doors to nearly close, but the island does look unusual because the hinge side of the door sticks out. I would drill it out, but it is particle board, and the hole would be too close to the existing hole, so would weaken the side panel. Photo shows the door not being flush with the rest of the cabinet.

This is a good match for me and my kitchen.
This rolling island was just what I needed. Assembly was easy, and the instructions are clear. I use this frequently, and I have found that it is easy to roll out of the way when not needed. However, I would like to see better casters. One of the casters does not swivel as well as the others. I will probably upgrade them to polyurethane wheels. All the hardware was included, and I had some extra when assembled. For space-saving reasons, I did not attach the towel holder or the spice rack. The quality of the items is good. But, it is paper-covered particle board, so I'm not sure how long it will last with use. All-in-all, I believe I will be happy with this island.

Simple & lovely...
I don't usually write reviews, but this is a beautiful piece of furniture. It takes time to assemble, but it's not difficult. Well made & worth the price.

5 Hour Assembly Time / Do NOT follow order in directions
Pros: exact replica of my apartment kitchen cabinets including hardware, excluding wooden top of course. Perfect size for small kitchen to add more counter space without having to rent a more expensive unit. Can be moved around easily.Cons: See title. I started at 9:30 am expecting to be done by lunch. I worked nonstop & finished at 2:30 pm—that’s 5 hours. A couple reasons for this: 1.) the directions need to be rewritten. There is absolutely a better flow to putting this unit together than the order the directions are written in. 2.) The long screws provided had a top head you could only use the little hex key/Allen key. Because of the order of assembly in the instructions, your hex key would interfere with pieces already in place no matter which way too spun it, so you’re stuck doing short strokes for 3/4 of the assembly. Lastly I felt it was pretty flimsy wood & I was nervous about cracking it, and the visible screw heads are a major design flaw.- the stickers to cover/hide the bolts are tacky looking & not an exact color match.Other notes:• Both my back panels came with two holes on both sides. Instructions didn’t show this was supposed to be the case so I got a mix up. I hid them with the stickers, but this leaves me not wanting to do anything with the unit except have it against the wall.• I wish it came with another shelf. There’s plenty of room. Plus, the existing shelf security is questionable.• I had delivery issues & lugging the box from mailroom to car to apartment was actually difficult. If the shipping box had a handle or grip that struggle could be resolved. I had to take it apart piece by piece in my vestibule.Worth $200? Maybe if assembly was cut in half. Peoples time is valuable.
