Runs big in size!
I did not like this product at all. It runs big in size, but here is the problem. They gave sizes a S M L but not inches so I had to guess what size. The first one I ordered was to big. I sent it back and ordered the next size down. It was to big also but I needed something to support my hernia so I didn't send back. The problem was the company did not give INCHES size. Not happy!

Returned for smaller size then received the same size again. And in order to return I had to drive across town. Return was not convenient.

Pillow very firm
Pillow was very firm. Needs more adjustments to size fit different sizes of waist. .

What size?
The belt works very well but originally I purchased a belt that was way too big. I returned it and bought the size that fit me correctly. I can't say I enjoy wearing it but as a necessary thing right now it works great.
