We used these in Florida on vacation. They were great. Was able to get some wonderful shots under water without worrying I was going to drop it and it goes all the way to the bottom.

I used it daily in and out of the water for a week and it has held up so far. It floats and supports the weight of a GoPro in the water. I see in other comments people have had theirs break. Be careful when opening and closing it, don't use it to fend off wild animals, and it will work just fine for you. My only complaint is that the tripod cannot be used when the stick is completely collapsed. You have to pull the lowest tube out a little bit to get the tripod to stand on a surface. I would have bought the Nu Bear original instead of this knock-off, but the OEM didn't have any in stock to buy. Their loss, not mine.

Even though it was also a selfie stick, it was very lightweight. I took it scuba diving, no problem. The only thing it needs is a Bluetooth trigger on the handle. For video it was great, but I still had to fumble to take the photo.

Recently while snorkeling in St. Lucia, I used this product to obtain that extra distance under water to get close to fish and lobsters while snorkeling. Worked great for filming with my GoPro and then compacted to allow me to swim back to shore. Worked great

Great looking product for the price, unfortunately it didn’t hold up.Will be replacing with name brand product.

Item seems to do what it describes. My issues were how heavy it was, wasn't very easy to use, and I didn't feel as though it was something I would want to take snorkeling with me.

With the X4 in the Dive Case, it floats on its own so you cannot use this as an "underwater inverted tripod", but other than that, everything worked as expected. I used it for a full day of shooting underwater 360 video. It feels a bit "cheap" but worked for its intended purpose.
