The best headset ever
The sound quality and the comfort of the cushion ear is superb. I went from can you hear me, can you hear to you sound great. The noise canceling feature is a great feature bc it actually cancel all type of noise until you feel like you are on an island alone. I like the ability to close microphone when not using so that it looks like a standard set of headphones. A must have if you are a remote worker or working in an office with alot of background noise.

Good ANC, so so battery life,
I purchased this headset to replace my trust Jabra 75 1st gen, and the ANC is much better. The battery life isn't anywhere near the advertised 36 hours... I'm getting closer to 18 to 20 hours of active daily use connected to 2 devices (computer using the Jabra dongle and phone). It integrates nicely with Teams and Cisco Jaber (VOIP calls) so the buttons and hang up/mute features work as advertised.Since the last firmware upgrade the headset will randomly just send static when connected to a call... the most infurating is when I'm on back to back calls and the headset works fine on the first call and then static on the second call. The only saving grace is a quick restart of the headset resolves the issue.Would recommend with big caveats... if you can test drive I would recommend you do that if they are being bought for you... if you are paying... I would keep looking.

Happy, but not quite perfect
I purchased this one to replace my old Jabra that I got almost a decade ago. The only thing I’m struggling with is the charging station. I’m using my usb cable instead since it’s not receiving charge. The older model did not have any issues with theirs. The big upgrade is the microphone, which is smaller and you can tuck away when you’re not using it. The older model had a much larger mic, which is what broke.

Stick with Polycom
I really wanted these to be great as I had similar polycom before that eventually wore out and broke. The build quality is quite nice - comfortable earpads and head band. Also I like the single bar design seems cleaner and more solid than the metal/plastic sliding on the polycoms. The charging dock works well but take some getting used to - I like the hanging style dock from the polycom a little better, but this sitting dock works well once you get used to it. The mic boom is my least favorite aspect - it doesn't seem adjustable enough and the mute button also is a little hard to find. Here's the real problem - it is so unreliable I have had it for less than a year and considering getting rid of it even though it works (as well as it can apparently) just fine. The Jabra integration with anything I would say does not work at all. You definitely cannot trust that hitting mute on the headset has actually muted you or vice versa - it may say you're unmuted but you have to unmute in the app anyway - so dumb.Even ignoring that - ok I can adapt to just muting and unmuting in the app I am using (Teams/Zoom/Webex...). What's really frustrating is joining call after call, starting with headset on, turning headset on or whatever and mic isn't working - or I can;t hear anything - headset says it's connected. In the middle of a call on your PC and your phone does anything and your are ejected from the call - wtf? I'm sorry it doesn't even work for basic mic and speaker functionality.Polycom may have it's shortcomings but at the very least audio and mic works.

Comfortable with excellent range and sound quality
The included "Jabra Link 380" lets me wander around the house while using it - far beyond BlueTooth range! Comfort-wise, it's a tad tight on my extra-large "noggin" (XL hat size, typically). I got one at work a few years ago, and it's held up well enough to inspire me to buy a second pair for home use (at a steep discount, fortunately). They're over-priced by default, but grab 'em if you spot a deal!

firmware
TLDR: Save yourself the pain.. download the app and update the firmware. Fixed my disconnect issues.I tried 4 USB ports. I tried types 3.0 and 2.0. I tried wired. I tried moving everything away and shutting off all other bluetooth in the office. I tried moving the charging station away from the laptop. I tried restarting multiple times. I tried watching several youtube videos. I just didn't want to download anything extra, turns out that was the fix for me.

Amazing but too bulky
outstanding headset for work. I clap hands and mic filters it out. However they are huge! Like wearing a football helmet all day. The earphones are so big it makes your ears sweat so you cannot have them on all day.

Mic quit < 3 mo
I loved my previous jabra headset & this one was just as, if not more comfortable around the ear. However the mic has not been very great and stopped working in under 3 months after purchasing. I purchased in May, received May 4th and began using it immediately as I'm on lots of calls throughout the day. I use it 7am - 4pm daily, with about 2 to 3 hours downtime. That's 6 hrs/day x 5 days/week x 11 weeks or 330 hours total (minus today's work day so really only 324 hours) before breakdown. That's $1+ per hour, I'd expect much better value out of something that the previous model lasted over 2 years with similar habits (or over 3,060 hours) for less money ($0.05/hr or less). I wish I'd listened to the negative reviews here because I am not happy.
