Great product, highly recommend.
I hesitated to let my son purchased this especially for the price and that there were no reviews yet... He insisted that this was what he wanted with his birthday money and so far we have been pleasantly surprised. Everything worked exceptionally well and we are actually surprised at the features and quality. Some of the features this surprised me are the variable speed function as well as variable turning. The remote is high-quality with a lot of features for trimming the prop and when the battery starts to go dead it beeps to let you know to bring the boat in. Also the boat is very fast and everybody who sees it is surprised. Great product, highly recommend!

Great Remote-Controlled Speedboat!
This speedboat is just that -- very fast! I bought it for my 8 year old grandson. It came complete with a battery and an extra propeller. After charging, we took my grandson to a local lake, and put it into the water. My grandson loved it! It went fast and far, handled beautifully, and was very stable in the water. It was easy for my grandson to operate the controls. We watched him zip it over the water, making loops, sharp turns and whirlpools. He enjoyed every minute! The next day we went out again with his 10 year old brother, and they had to share the time -- they could hardly wait for their turns! The remote signals when the battery charge is running low, so the boat can be brought back to shore.My only complaint is that one battery charge lasts only about 8 minutes, but it was all enjoyable.
