Best product for Work From Home
Pros: - light weight and very comfortable to use. - quick controls for volume up/down, mute, play/pause. - it has porper noise cancelling microphone other so the side will not get any noise. (Im using it my Macboook pro m2 its better than the Airpod) - battery backup is too good (minimum 5-6 days) with proper usage. - call clarity is very good. (Used mainly in Teams and Skype) - the best part is no pain in the ears, the directional sound works properly. Cons: - base is not good (so listening music is not a good experience) - mute button mutes the microphone but it says mic is muted so it becomes little annoying.

maximum volume is not enough in outdoor / crowded are where this is background noice.
excellent product for indoor listening. How ever the maximum volume is not sufficienct for outdoor because of ambient noice or in crowded area where the maximum volume of the device is not sufficient

Music & Calls
I have been using ear pods from Apple and I have gone through the reviews about the impact of listening for long hours, I was looking for an alternative as I listen to music for 2 hours daily. I bought this and I can say it is one of the best solutions from Sony for music n calls. I do answer calls in the noisiest environment also and this serves the purpose. I do recommend this to everyone. If you are concerned about privacy u need to go for an alternative as this is audible to the other guy next to you.( I have my own cabin so for me no issues) when ur listening at high volume. Sound quality & mic quality is outstanding.

Cheap metallic sound
Good thing: Voice calls are ok. Microphone does pickup the sound well. Poor: The sound driver is too small to output a good spectrum of sound. If you want it for calls in a quite room, maybe this will work ok Next guy in your office will still hear the sound from the speaker, so you might be better off investing in a proper Jabra conference speaker. For moving around with nothing in or over your ear listening to music, not very useful as the music reproduction is extremely poor.

Only for Work from Home
This product is just 2 small cheap speaker with good quality mic on your shoulder. I had problem with ear phones due to long time uses (around 5-6 hours). As I use to be alone in room so good for me but if you are in office then it's not the product you are looking for because other person will hear clearly what you are talking. I am very disappointed with with Sony because when you have to put 2 small speaker then it can be of good quality speaker. There are small small wireless speaker are available in market with very amazing quality sound but this product has very low quality speaker. This product is over priced as per sound quality it should be max 2-3K. Battery life of product is very good. I bought this due to brand name of Sony but disappointed with it.

Build quality is superb
Sound quality of this neckband is not great. There is no bass exist. I did not know why sony is do to this neckband. The value for this neckband is worthless. Don't buy any electronic items from Amazon because there is not return option available.

I use this to hook up to Tv, Computer , Phone, or any blue tooth I am using. While the toddler are sleeping using this items keeps the peace in the house. The sound while wearing it sound if it is too loud but in reality no one really can hear it. Save the neck for the extra weight you would have with a head set on. when charged the battery last very long time. My husband tried it and now wants one for use at work.

At max volume in semi not noisy setting it’s almost loud enough to understand podcast voices. That said, that max volume seems to vary. Sometimes it is louder and then noticeably not loud enough at the same setting. If I power off and on, maybe reset Bluetooth connection, it might return to loudest setting, which is merely just loud enough to use. But that can be aggravating. It’s probably half the price of the Bose. But the Bose sound good. This one sounds thin. Bose is way loud. This one barely loud. Battery life is good. Quality is good. But it’s not cheap and it’s not really useable for me.

The good is the long battery life. I used them for half a day and the speaker still said 100 percent. It seems to me that in order to get the most out of the battery they sacrificed every trace of good sound. Remember the headphones they used to give out during flights, or buses, well that's literally how they sound. The hardware is grate like all Sony products BTW. But the small speakers are very lacking. I noticed the weak sound from the very moment I linked them to my phone. I believe this product is being promoted for users that would be working from home, and I think if that's how you intend to use them then it should decent enough. I could hardly hear what was being said while driving, then I went to the mall's food court and same situation, very hard to understand what it was being said, then finally I went to the market and same issue, the sound is weak. I own the Bose soundwear, (i shared the photo) and the sound on those is twice as loud and much richer with some bass. They cost twice as much when they were available but they are worth every penny. I'm so sad they were discontinued and that was another reason I got so excited when the Sony ones were announced because I didn't want to buy a no-name speaker. THe only thing I don't like about the Bose soundwear is that when I ride my bike and turn back my chin bone hits it and it hurts, that was another reason I was so eager to get the sony, which is lighter and therefore more comfortable but my wife said that it was more noticeable than bose one while wearing it. In any case, I was disappointed and I'm hoping another manufacturer steps in and produces another model soon. The neck speakers are awesome, they allow you listen to your surroundings without blocking ambient sounds, they also don't torture your ear canals like in-ear headphone do.

These are strange and hard to review. For people who like loud and Bass sound, you won't like these. I hated them when I first got them. The sound Max isn't very loud and there's very little Bass. You would think that for the price and brand that the sound quality would be amazing. It seems like they've really tested these. If you put them on and start watching TV, you forget your have them on and your ears adjust to the sound. These aren't that great for music lovers. I got lucky and got a new pair that had an opened box. It only cost $104 and even that's pricey. The regular price was $238. I would never pay that much for these. Watching TV or documentaries esp. at night or when you are moving around then these are great. They're over priced and you don't have an equalizer you can play with. These would be awful for listening to things while doing things outdoors. They grew on me and are unbelievably comfortable but for music lovers then these definitely aren't for you. They're far too expensive as well. Even at what I paid for them I was on the fence for a while whether I should return them or not. They on't hurt like headphones do after wearing them for a long time. Definitely not the best Sony product I have owned.
