I've been using these for a few months & have noticed that I have more muscle tone overall since I workout & DIM pills help with muscle tone. They've also helped me with my Perimenopause symptoms like night sweats because they have really decreased, thank God!

This has pretty much been a cure all pill for me when I paired it with a Keto diet. I have been struggling for over a year with some lady issues( extreme inflammation, infertility, PMS, pain, etc.) I was told it was endometriosis, but I don't really believe in accepting a diagnosis. I think there is usually always something that can be done pretty naturally that can allieviate symptoms and possiblly turn it around. I have been blessed to experience and see this many times. After starting it for a month or so I had my yearly appt. and she suggested this to me (I didn't want to take Birth control). Within almost days I could feel a difference. I've been taking this a month and have not had any issues!!!! I don't puke 2 weeks before my cycle, no pain, no swelling!!! It even cleared up my acne pretty good.I am just beyond amazed and grateful the Lord blessed me with such a sweet GYN.I will try to update this later on if it has helped with fertility.
