These plates are lovely, and just as advertised. Good quality, very colourful, good size and weight.Perfect for us to control our healthy eating portions and can be washed in the dishwasher.I chose these plates as they are made from porcelain and not melamine.Highly recommend to anyone looking for this type of product. 10/10

This is going to be really helpful to balance meals. The plate was wrapped very well and the finish is attractive. We have ikea family plates and this matches the size and stacks well. The plate is quite large so if looking to reduce portion size this might not suit everyone.To give an idea of capacity in the picture of the plate with food there's 3 eggs scrambled, 1 slice of toast, 1 avocado, 1 apple, half a green pepper and some cherry tomatoes. I would normally balance a brunch meal with more carbs and fewer vegetables. I think it will help encourage a healthy eating mindset.

I bought this for my dad a good while back when he was told he was pre diabetic and he was determined to do something about it.He was happy with it, he found it helpful. Still uses it to date even though his levels are in good stead.

I’ve been diagnosed as pre diabetic & this is the perfect plate for nutrition & portion control. It also shows some of the different types of food associated with the 3 main food types.

The plates were quite nice, but the only thing was one of them had a little chip in it.

am losing weight but seem to have stuck at this new weight for months, my sister has this plate and swears by it as it's easy to see what portions you should be putting on your plate. Very good and now much used!!
