Replacement L.E.D. driver for Costco outdoor "lantern" porch light
I have 3 Costco L.E.D. outdoor lanterns. I call them porch lights. A few months ago, one failed. Costco still sold it, so I traded for a new fixture.A few days ago, another failed. The light was dim and constantly blinking on and off. Costco no longer sells that model. I could buy a new one, but it wouldn't match the others.I Googled the issue and found that the "driver" in these units can fail. There were YouTube videos showing how to replace the "driver". Inside the lamp head are a photocell, a driver and the cluster of L.E.D. lamps. The driver seems to work as a power supply for the lights. It has two wires for the power input and two wires to the lights. The O.E.M. replacement driver was hard to find online. It seems to sell for $37.50 on up, plus shipping. One of the videos showed this unit. I decided to take a chance. It arrived today. I installed it and it works! This driver sits loosely inside the lamp head, but that's ok. I am completely satisfied. The photo is similar to my lanterns.

Outdoor Security light is flashing on/off
I purchased this item on April 6, 2017 and installed it in a Outdoor LED Security Light on 1-26-2018 that was Purchased at Lowes around a year earlier when it's Power Supply failed. This New Power Supply has been working fine until this morning 1-10-2019. For the past week the Outdoor Security light just flickers on/off all night long. Maybe I am charitable giving it 2 stars. I bought another one of these on January 8, 2018 and installed it in the same light listed above today 1-16-2019 so we will see how long it holds up. These LED drivers just don't hold up for very long. There seem to be a design problem that results in them turning off/on. LEDs lights may be efficient but not if the electronics give out...I asked supplier to send send me another power supply under Warrantee to fix this light on 1-10-2019. No Replacement Power Supply has been sent.I have discovered the Design problem with Elytrolytic Capacitor C6 10 uF 50V. I measured this part in my LED Driver Assembly. It measured 5uF instead of 10uF. I replaced this part with a 22uF@50V and the Flashing On/Off problem was fixed. I suspect this part has too much AC ripple on it which reduces it's capacitance and shortens it's life. This part value and it's derating needs to be looked at by the design Engineers.

Good stuff
I was a little concerned about the high voltage (43.5V) open circuit as some others have mentioned so I hooked it up to a voltage/current regulator so that it wouldn't blow out my LED. I set the parameters to be a little higher than what the LED is supposed to handle (36V and 1.2A in the 1st image) ...the LED driver is supposed to deliver constant 900mA so I wanted to see if it would max out at 900mA. Sure enough, the current was hovering around 900mA and the voltage dropped to just under 34V which is about the max voltage the LED is rated at. If you have used a variable power supply you know that if you set a fixed current then the voltage would drop once it max out on the current (V=IR).I decided to play around with the different voltage by lowering it to something like 32V ...thinking it would dim the LED but it started blinking. Same thing when I lowered the amp below the 900mA ...LED started blinking. The lower the setting the faster it blinked. I don't think this has anything to do with the LED because when I hooked it up to another variable power supply and lowered the voltage the same LED would slowly dim all the way down to around 22V before going out completely without any blinking. My guess is that if your LED/load does not draw the current that the driver can deliver (900mA in my case) that the driver does something to pulse the output. Usually you can use higher amperage power supply and the device would draw whatever it needed but in this case, buying something with extra mA is not a good thing (like using a 1500mAh for a LED that only draw 900mAh at 34V).In summary, determine how much current your LED needs and buy the matching unit otherwise you might run into issues.

Did the job
We bought this item to replace the broken one in our pendant lamp in the bathroom. It worked :)

Works Perfectly!
This item worked perfectly for a replacement for some failed 220V to 300ma constant current units that had failed. Would definitely buy again when needed.

Good LED driver replacement for standard dome light
This works well as a replacement for the faulty factory driver, that only lasted a little more than a year. However, it is nearly too large and too tall, so I had to carefully position it and use hot-melt glue (applied similar to a bead of caulk) to secure it to the housing. I also spliced in the circuit board connector making certain that polarity was correct. Then tested performance prior to wiring and mounting it back to it's original position. This is a good value - saved me paying 2-3 times the cost for a new light and satisfaction of recycling rather than adding material to the landfill. The original non-working driver will go to the local e-waste collection site. Hopefully, this replacment will last much longer than the original! I'll report back here if it doesn't last!See photos for specs on the old driver compared to the new driver.

Economically priced replacement
Needed one of these to replace a failed unit in a fairly expensive light fitting and it did the job perfectly to the great pleasure of my son's family. Good product, very good price and great delivery. Thanks.

Did the job perfect
Perfect replacement transformer for a lamp bought at the Range. Easy to fit and nice and compact. Bought a 12v led driver first and it was not compatible. This transformer has a higher voltage output

Good quality.
Arrived quickly. Good value. The light up quickly. Used in the kitchen, so used all the time. I have used this make of driver for about 6 months and so far they have lasted and performed.
