This stuff is delicious. It has just the right amount of heat, balanced with the sweet and savory bacon backup. It's great on cream cheese and crackers, as an add to a grilled cheese sandwich, or on a burger that wants a little zing but not a straight pepper. Yum.

Hot pepper bacon jam
I ordered 6 jars (2 for my son,2 for my daughter & of course 2 for myself). This is an excellent product! It’s slightly sweet with a heavy smoky flavor, with chunks of bacon. Great balance of flavors.. Great on crackers or toast . Good enough to eat right out of the jar.Highly recommend

Wow, if you are looking for something deliciously different to spread on your toast, biscuits or waffles, look no further.Great balance of sweet, heat and bacon. I could easily eat all of it straight from the jar.

I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 because one of the jars had leaked a little in transport. As I recall Amazon replaced that one... This may not be healthy but it is very yummy.

The taste is amazing! Add to burgers, chicken, BLTs or even grilled cheese! It adds just the right amount of heat to anything! The texture is like jam!
