Can this be used on a knife blank to put a bevel on a blade? Looking for something to put a flat grind on a blank.

I don’t think this what your looking for to bevel Blade for knife making. I have some experience in this area. Not ideal for narrow blades sharpening. I’ve had to weld a add on for small pairing kitchen knives.

Can this be flipped to grind on the down angle?
