It's the perfect heat to add to a dish. These are great sizes to store in the fridge. They are sometimes hard to find in stores.

Best chili paste
This is the best chili pasteI used to be able to buy it in the grocery store but when they had the drought that killed the chili peppers, you couldn't get any kind of hot sauce such as Sriracha. Now all the others are back in the stores except for this one. It makes Chinese food taste so good

Broken seals and mold. Inedible.
Updated review: I ordered these again, since I still can't find them in stores anymore, but I learned my lesson and checked them upon arrival. One was sealed, one was not, so I reached out to Amazon chat and was able to get a refund so I could try again. I love & prefer Underwood Ranches' sriracha (Huy Fong is too bland/sweet now) but UR's sambal is too vinegary for me, so I keep coming back to Huy Fong. I wish it was available locally again. The quality control of having it shipped and reshipped and thrown away is so wasteful. :(Original review: These had an expiration date pretty far out, so i had them in the pantry while I finished the one I already had. I finished my open one, and went to open one of these, and the seal was broken and it was moldy. I threw it out and then went to open the 2nd one, and that seal was open, too. Really?? 0/2??

Hard to find in stores.
I’m no longer able to find this in stores so I’m glad it’s still available at least through Amazon. However, the seal was slightly busted but only a very small amount was leaked. I think it happened during transit and not prior because The taste and color was normal. So it didnt spoil. Still kept it and have been using it. Would have given 5 stars if it weren’t busted
