I have C-PTSD, OCD, depression, and anxiety. I can't stomach prescription medication for whatever reason (makes me violently ill, mentally and physically -- no matter the type or the dosage) and my doctor recommended this. Really helped a lot. Within 3 days, I had a bit more energy, mental focus, and better mood. I've been taking for over a month now and I feel so much better. Dosage says 1 a day but 2 a day is adequate for more severe cases.

Hello, I have an Mthfr mutation so I ‘ve research this is the correct form of folate to take. I’ ve combine it with b12 the active form and krill oil and is working fine for me. I do get more energy throughout the day since I ve started with this suplement combo.

According to medical research, 15 mg per day of methyl folate is used to treat depression. I miscalculated and am stuck with a product which is not returnable.

This vitamin was recommended by my psychiatrist to help my depression and bipolar med to work better. It is less expensive than the pharmaceutical folate called Deplin, but I find it works wonderful. My mood are much better. I have tried other brands of Active Folate, but this one is superior.

Not sure if this along with B12 is causing constipation. I will stop taking for a few days to determine if this does not work for me.
