If you hike in rugged environments and use hiking poles, you will need these. They help a lot, stopping metal spikes from slipping on rock surfaces; basically they help with your stability when using the poles. I sometimes lose my pole tips when the pole gets stuck between rocks and the tip pulls off when I extract the pole. Very nice to now have replacements - 9 should last for awhile. I take a couple with me when on multi-day backpacking trips - weigh next to nothing.

So excited that these fit both our walking sticks even though they come from different companies! Very excited about having these! I would recommend them to anyone that needs them. Fits perfectly over the metal sharp tip. The only thing I’m wondering is why we got nine of them and not 10. Because most likely if you’re going to replace them you would need to replace both at once. The package comes with only nine. The company should definitely put 10 in a package. If you can send me one more that would be great! Thank you!!

Tips hold up well when hiking but are too hard and slick to work very well on smooth surfaces (like tiled floors). I also use my hiking poles as walking sticks when going to the store.

Excellent product

I find that I wear out trekking pole tips pretty fast from Nordic Walking. I bought the much more expensive komperdell tips and found that they lasted the same as these less expensive options. Happy with purchase
