"No need for a GoPro anymore – This case is a game changer!"
I was growing increasingly frustrated with the low-quality underwater footage from my GoPro, so I started looking for a better solution. Since my smartphone has a superior camera, I decided to invest in an underwater case—and the Divevolk SeaTouch Max 4 has proven to be the best choice. This case is incredibly sturdy, well-made, and completely safe for my phone. Unlike other underwater housings, the full touchscreen functionality makes it easy to use my phone just like I would on land. Plus, with the customized adapter provided by Divevolk, it fits my device perfectly.I’ve already tested it, and the results are amazing—crystal-clear image quality and seamless operation. I’m excited to make it a regular part of my free diving practice and finally capture the underwater footage I’ve always wanted. If you're serious about underwater photography or videography, this is the best smartphone diving case out there!

Great convenience and functionality. Big fan.
This review is long overdue, but the product is worth praising - extremely happy with it. We used one for iPhone and one for Samsung Galaxy and for both it worked flawlessly. Very convenient to hold and to operate. Expected it to be bulky, but the size was never a problem. We tried it at the 86 ft depth and there was no deviation in functionality. Quality of pictures and video was great; pictures were much better than those taken with GoPro.Customer service is top notch. They're always answering questions and quickly shipped a Samsung adapter separately because it wasn't available through Amazon. We did have one small bubble appear in the membrane, but it dissipated quickly and didn't affect performance at all. The next step is to try it with an expansion clamp with the filters.

Works perfectly
The media could not be loaded. Easy to use, works perfectly. Great pictures and videos with my iPhone 16 Pro Max. My dive buddy has a 14 Pro Max and is also very happy with the performance. The macro feature on these phones works well without the macro lens accessory. It is important to follow the directions and recommendations in the user manual. The only thing that does not work on the (iPhone) touch screen is the “swipe up” method to change apps or get to the home screens. The work-around is addressed in the user manual. I suggest activating this work-around and practicing with it before your first dive.I do wish there was a light or flash accessory available to mitigate the red fade at depth. I do not have the red filter so I do not know how well that works.Sometimes while taking pics or video of more distant things the auto-focus will try to focus on near stuff or debris in the water. This is a function of the phone and not something caused by the case.

Great option for using phone under water
Very well constructed. Can't wait to use it. It comes with many iPhone cradles, but you'll need to contact the seller for other phone cradles. They've been very good to work with.

Fantastic with my S22 Ultra
In the past, my wife and I used GoPros during scuba diving. I just finished 23 dives on a trip to Roatan, taking this case with my phone on 21 of the dives. (No distraction during the orientation dive, and I used a gopro for one night dive - and during that dive, I really wished I had taken the DiveVolk with my phone instead - I doubt I'll go back to the GoPro for scuba. Two things that weren't perfect: the touch screen/S22ultra interaction for swiping - while double-tapping turned on my screen just fine, I still had to swipe to get to my apps if the phone was off. Surface it was perfect, at 30 feet it was perfect, but if my phone screen turned off, it took repeated attempts to swipe to get to apps at 50 feet, as if the swipe wasn't long enough across the screen - so to avoid problems, I simply set my phone to stay on until 10 minutes of inactivity, and remembered to take a random picture every now and then. That way I didn't have to swipe over and over while my target swam away. With the S22ultra, I was able to do two consecutive dives of one hour each with the screen pretty bright (and take some pictures during the dive briefing and surface interval). The other thing that wasn't perfect has to do with the camera location on the S22ultra: I couldn't "unzoom" to wide angle with the red filter in place - if I did so, the edge of the red filter would touch one of the corners of the image. I suppose I could crop, but I didn't even try to do images that way. Not really an issue though, since out of 3000+ photos, only a handful of times was I trying to get a wider field of view than the camera/divevolk combo did. I very well may purchase the macro lens for a later trip, and possibly the wide-angle lens.Tip: I had zero issues with fogging, but expected zero issues with fogging, since I was careful to put the phone into the case while in our room - room temperature was far below the outside air temperature and water temperature, so fogging due to going into a cooler environment wasn't going to happen - the only time on my vacation that the case was ever open was in my room after carefully drying the outside of the case and leaving it near some air blowing over it (fan). Of course, the outside of the case fogged up the instant I left the room and walked into the humid air (since the phone was cooler). If I was going from a warm room into cold water, then I would have considered putting in the defogging strips into the case - WHILE I was in the room to absorb moisture from the air before I went outside where the temperature would drop and cause fogging.Summary: would buy again in a heartbeat! I may even consider buying a second one for my wife, since she has the same phone. The three images I added were taken with only natural lighting - shark was at 75 feet. The others were at 40-50 feet. Images might be degraded a bit - uploaded to facebook, then saved from there to the computer where I'm writing this review.
