Home baker here. Like using this SO much better than food coloring regular sugar for cookies.

I have see this as sand on beach theme cupcakes. It was easy to use and looked just like sand. The price was good for the amount in the container.

I loved the texture of this sanding sugar. It’s a little larger crystals than what I usually get at Michael’s, but it’s a great option for the price. This is a more tan, neutral gold (see the cake pops on the left in my photo with the blue ones) than shinny, blingy gold (the ones on the right with the red.)

We bake a lot of cookies during the holiday season to give as gifts. These sugars in the various colors have us well stocked and prepared for the baking season. It is less expensive to buy in these quantities. They keep indefinitely, so we're good for a while!
