Test food after 3 days
Only thing I didn't do was to test after 3 days. I left bacon for 5 days and was a little to salty for me

Brilliant
Purchased this to make some home made salt beef, there was enough for three Briskets. Delivery was quick and the brine was amazing. The beef was pink once cooked.
