My favorite vitamin Ive ever tried! And Ive tried many many many. This had everything I need and I only take 1 or 2 every day (recommended is 4 a day).

Notice a difference in my memory.
I have taken this medication for 16 weeks and see a difference mentally. I’m more focused and less forgetful. Added plus my nails have never looked so good. I only take two in the am. I’m a 75 yr. Old retired RN and have Never written a review on medications. PS … your urine turns yellow. I highly recommend trying it yet give it time.

I highly recommend this product. I feel with more energy and I recall words and events/stories with ease. I accessed Dr. Daniel Amen's website and read about his career path, his investigation, and discoveries. Took the free quiz to find out what products work better for me. I'm 5.2" so I take 1 or 2 pills a day along with the triple Omega. Be aware that your urine color will change to a yellow-orange color, that's normal.

HUGE FAVORITE!! Highly recommend.
I take (1) cap 3x/day. It is part of a specific and very strict daily regime. Result? I have very good neurological health. I didn’t always & got scared. Researched deeply. This is the cornerstone of my health focus. My diet that is very healthy and well thought out. Very strict. Good results. I am grateful on a daily basis. Worth the effort!
