Adovia Sulfur Soap with Dead Sea Salt for Face & Body

I’m all about this product! I tried it after a friend of mine tried it in exchange for a review and absolutely loved it. I have super oily skin and I break out all the time, so I’ve finally had enough and have been looking for products that will stop the madness. I ordered this soap (and received it very quickly, shout out to my Amazon prime membership for cheap shipping) and started using it immediately. Within the first two weeks of use I started seeing great results in the amount of oil that was on my face, and also big success with my acne. I’ll have to say though, I started using two other products around the same time, so the success may be lent to the combination of all three. In addition to the sulfur soap, I also use a sulfur mask two times a week  TreeActiv Anti Acne & Rosacea Treatment Sulfur Mask Plus Rhassoul, Bentonite Clay Mask with Witch Hazel & Aloe Vera - Refreshing Lemon Scent (1 Jar) (8 Oz)  after I use the sulfur soap, and it works amazingly. It works great at getting in there and cleansing my skin really deeply, and since the sulfur soap gets rid of the initial layer of dirt and grime that accumulates on your face, the mask is able to shrink my pores, help with acne, and brighten my complexion. In addition to this, I also use this great  TreeActiv+ Tea Tree Oil Acne Solution for Advanced Acne Treatment - All Natural Acne Spot Treatment - Blemishes Gone or Your Money Back! (60ml)  for spot treatments on the few pimples that I’m now getting, and it shrinks them to nothing within a couple of days. All in all, I’d say that the adovia soap is absolutely wonderful at cleansing your skin of all its impurities without being filled with horrible salicylic acid. I recommend to anyone with oily skin, as it works really well at stopping the oil production.

I didn't hate this product but nothing stood out to me about it. I didn't find it to be extraordinary. The fragrance was minimal, the soap lather was average, and the bar lasted an average amount of time.

Purchased this for the Tinea Versicolor on my back after looking at products for about a week. I decd. to go with this one because of the price and because the reviews said there was no smell and ok for sensitive skin *which mine can sometimes be. I only has one problem with this and its the effect it had on my skin that did not have the T.V. DONT use it on the sensitive areas of your body if your skin is a bit funny. I would not wash all over with it. In fact, when I did..those areas needed more moisture and i even had to use oil after my showers. So i started spot washing on JUST the parts with the Tinea V. and it worked awesome. Hard not to get the soap in areas such as my "bottom" which i ended up having to coat with conditioner or moisturizers because washing my back! I gave it 4 stars for the effectiveness on my Tinea Versicolor but use it sparsely and in spots or you may be disappointed. Its strong!

I've suffered for years with red, bumpy, scaly, itchy, broken out and irritated skin on my forehead, nose, cheeks, upper lip and patches around my lips. I've been prescribed cream after cream. I've tried facials and many different over-the-counter products. Some things helped for awhile but nothing cured my problem - UNTIL NOW!I read the many positive reviews about Adovia Mneral Skin Care "Sulfur Soap with Dead Seas Salt for Face & Body. The positive results people were getting made me feel that this soap might help me. IT WORKS!I gently wash my face in the morning and in the evening using this wonderful soap. I also use cold water!After 2 weeks my skin is clear again. All of the symptoms are completely gone.For my moisturizer I use a tiny amount of Aveeno Eczema Therapy Moisturizing Cream.By the way, it doesn't dry my skin and it doesn't leave a waxy film like the typical bar soap can!I am so happy I found Adovia's Sulfur Soap with Dead Sea Salt for Face & Body. I give it a 10+ !!!

Look, if you're going to market a product as "fragrance free" then it should be fragrance free. I was excited to get this product based on reviews, and when it showed up at my house and I read the ingredients, there it was, plain as day - "fragrance". I don't really care if it's natural fragrance, because any time I use a product with natural fragrance, unnatural fragrance, any fragrance, I break out and get itchy. So I'm a little annoyed that I spent the money on this only to have it arrive and find out I can't even use it.

I really don't have sensitive skin or anything but this made my skin sooo dry and patchy as well as blotchy. It did nothing to help my skin tone or clear up the little bit of acne I get sometimes. I have been using this product once or twice a day for about two weeks and I am going to stop and find something better.

It loses it potency after about a month of daily use. I really wished that it would maintain it's salt and sulfur composition a little longer.

Amazing soap, I will never switch again! I have sensitive skin, and I break out with Perioral Dermatitis occasionally due to topical products on my face (and even perfume sprayed on my neck). I'm 32 and have oily/slightly combination skin, so it's no fun to have pimples or dermatitis breakouts at this age!! This soap has dramatically cleared my skin, even in my problem areas (chin, forehead, temples). My face never feels tight after using it, but I do moisturize with pure shea butter afterwards anyway. My dermatitis and breakouts are finally under control. Sulfur is an AMAZING skin product, I hate that it took me so long to learn about it! Try this soap, you'll really love it.ALSO, the bar lasts for a long time as long as you let it dry between use. I use the soap at night only, and it's kept in a wire soap holder by the sink. I'm still using my first bar, which I ordered on July 11 (today is October 25).
