Good Cost vs Value
After many years of use, the cord on my old Remington hair clipper, frayed, cracked and broke. I tried another big name in hair clippers but found I didn’t get nearly as nice a cut. I purchased this Remington model hc-1085, as a replacement. This unit cuts as nicely as my old Remington, it is quiet, easy to handle and comes boxed in a plastic case with an assortment of accessories. I am very satisfied with this product and would highly recommend it it to anyone on the market for electronic hair clippers.

I would steer clear of these clippers
I buy new clippers about every 2 years. Bought these because the price. The motor on this is so slow that it actually pulls hair because it cannot cut fast. Horrible...expect much better from Remington regardless of the price. Steer clear!

Exactly like the one we have from the 70’s.
Works exactly and as good as the original one that i have from my dad from the 70’s. Excellent product especially for the price. We started to use the original one during the height of covid. We bought another one so that we have two now (one to travel with).

Working great so far. I don't know how long the plastic pieces will last. Looking iffy.
