can't hold up to wear and tear. barely a year out of it.
it's ok nice chair, but haven't had it that long and it's already falling apart. noticed some other reviewers posted about this as well. this is a short life chair. I've had it for 8 months and I'm not sure if it will make it more than a year. Update after one year its about ready to fall apart. I tried to tighten up as many screws as I could but its just a mess. would not recommend again just can't hold up to normal every day wear and tear.

I'm pretty disappointed in other reviews that I saw saying this ...
I stand 6'2, 230lbs, and this chair's upper area "head rest" hits in the middle of my shoulders making it uncomfortable to sit in for long periods of time. Also, the spring is too weak, causing the chair to tilt back too quickly for someone of my size. Perhaps someone under 150 lbs would be ok.I'm pretty disappointed in other reviews that I saw saying this chair fits tall people.

Although chair was comfortable, the the plastic base broke where it holds one of the wheels in. Since it is cracked, it no holder will hold the wheel in, and comes out every time you roll. I have only had this chair 6 months. I have bought cheaper chairs, and they lasted way longer. Contacted them about just getting me a new base with no response. Now I am forced to buy another chair and out the $180 I paid for this one.

Very Nice Chair!!
This seems to be a very comfortable chair. Seems to be made well. Very easy to assemble. It is not as wide as I would have liked for it to have been. But it does match up with the width described in the description so I cant really argue. Overall great chair. So far I would recommend it. Keep in mind it does have a recommended weight limit of < 250lbs. Something to consider if you are a bigger person. Hope this review helps!!

While putting this chair together is showed evidence of it having been assembled prior to our attempt. Once assembled the height adjustment did not work. I was willing to work with the company on an exchange of parts rather than the entire chair but could not find any contact information. So I returned the chair and have continued shopping for an office chair.

Very Pleased. Worth every penny.
The good: This is a great chair for the money. Assembly was easy without help, the stitching is well done, the padding is heavenly, the recline option is excellent, the wheels roll well, and the build is plenty stout. I am 5' 7" and this chair is perfect for a man my size. The bad: The silica bead packets had opened in transition and the leather on the upper took a bit of minor damage but nothing to be too upset about. Although the photos make the armrests and feet look like metal, they are actually a plastic composite material painted to look like metal. The paint job on some of my composite parts has some very minor damage from transit as well. There is an oddly placed white cloth tag stitched into the right hand side of the backrest that states, "Executive Style."Overall this is a pretty well-made office chair and I would recommend it to anyone who wants the look and feel of a $500 executive style chair for under $200.

The cover started peeling off after 2 years
This was a fairly comfortable chair for $200. The handles were to high for me and were not adjustable. I did like the high back. After a couple of years the thin PU leather or whatever it is started peeling off the back/headrest and within a year it was peeling off the seat and handles. Underneath is a standard grey cloth material. If you could peel all of the fake leather off it would probably look fine. Other than that it has held up pretty well. The cushions haven't flattened, which happens to a lot of chairs.

Did great at first... then started to fall apart
Initially, this chair worked great. It was easy to assembly, looked great, and was reasonably comfy (if a bit too firm). However, after only a few months, silver the paint on the arms began to chip off. And then, after about a year, the seat material began to tear. Don't know how long it will last before it becomes totally unusable. The last chair I owned (which was purchased at a Staples store) lasted for about 20 years.
